Task Objective
The objective of this task is to demonstrate a new chip-to-chip photonic I/O that achieves high-bandwidth density, energy-efficient, and high-radix connectivity among hundreds of host SoCs – addressing the massive connectivity challenges of AI/ML systems scale-out and radar/mm-wave MIMO radio units with back-end processing elements.
