Congratulations to CUbiC PI Michal Lipson (Columbia University) on being elected to the National Academy of Engineering (NAE) for her work on the development, fabrication, and implementation of building blocks of silicon photonics. Election to the NAE is both an immense honor and achievement for an engineer. We celebrate PI Lipson's dedication in pushing the field forward.
